The Infinite M1000 is Tecan’s new, multimode, premium quad4 monochromators- based flagship microplate reader. It

Tecan Infinte^® M1000 passed the validation criteria under the following conditions: Excitation wavelength equaled 635 nm with a 5 nm bandwidth; emission wavelength equaled 670 nm with a 20nm bandwidth; instrument was set to 1 flash, and settle time equaled 50 ms. These settings yielded a Z' >0.7 in 1:09 minutes
