The Transcreener™ KINASE Plus Assay is a far red competitive fluorescence polarization immunoassay, optimized specifically for enzymatic assays which generate ADP and require high concentrations of ATP (up to 250 uM and above). Developed originally to follow the progress of kinase and ATPase reactions, it is successful with virtually any enzyme class that produces ADP. The Transcreener™ KINASE Plus Assay provides excellent signal at low ATP conversion and allows the use of diverse substrates such as proteins, peptides, lipids, carbohydrates or nucleic acid substrates and can detect ATPase activity.
