We’ve eliminated much of the upfront work in optimizing the assays for your specific appplication and plate reader. So all you have to do is determine what concentration of enzyme gives you the optimal signal using our recommended instrument filters and settings, and you are ready to screen compounds or profile inhibitor potencies. On the back end, we have shown a linear relationship between raw fluorescence data and product formation, eliminating the need to do standard curves for IC50 determinations.
