The Transcreener GDP FI Assay is a competitive immunoassay for GDP with a red fluorescent intensity (FI) readout. Designed specifically for HTS and featuring a single addition mix-and-read format and room temperature reagent stability, the Transcreener GDP FI Assay is compatible with plate readers typically found in research labs as well as those used in HTS core facilities. The 3014-A kit is formatted for 96-well plates while the 3014-1K kit is formatted for 384-well and higher densities.
