Transcreener^® Instrument Validation Program

BellBrook Labs has designed an instrument validation program in an effort to align the high standards we have set for our assay to your specific instrument. It is our goal that you be as successful as possible using Transcreener assays in as little time as possible. Our scientists personally test each line of instruments and are able to offer you both confidence that an instrument will perform well with our far red FP assays and a guideline for setting up your instrument.

We evaluate each instrument with our Transcreener^® ADP² Assay. Look for this sticker on instruments that have successfully met the validation criteria.

Validation Criteria

• 384-Well Format
• Z’-Factor ≥ 0.7 at 10% conversion of 10 μM ATP
• Δ mP ≥ 95 mP at 10% conversion of 10 μM ATP
• Z' and Δ mP specifications to be met using Transcreener ADP² Assay reagents
• Read time to achieve Z' and Δ mP specifications ≤ 5 minutes
