3024-100K Transcreener® cGAMP cGAS FP Assay

The Transcreener cGAS cGAMP FP Assay is a biochemical activity assay that measures the cGAMP produced by the cGAS enzyme. This kit contains detection reagents for 10 X 10,000 assay wells in a 384-well format. The assay is designed for HTS, Hit-to-Lead, SAR, and general discovery and can be used with plate readers that measure fluorescence polarization. Custom dispensing is available for this volume.
