3026-10K Transcreener® CD73 FP Assay

The Transcreener CD73 FP Assay is a biochemical activity assay that measures the Adenosine produced by the enzyme. This kit contains detection reagents for 10,000 assay wells in a 384-well format. The assay is designed for HTS, Hit-to-Lead, SAR, and general discovery and can be used with any plate reader that measures fluorescence polarization.
